Trees that Count

We bridge the gap between willing support and vital planting initiatives across Aotearoa New Zealand, accelerating their crucial work.

At our core, we strive to empower people to collectively make a positive impact on the environment. Through your generous donations or gifting of native trees, we strategically match these trees with incredible restoration projects in need. Together, we strengthen and uplift initiatives in every corner of Aotearoa – from community groups and schools to iwi, hapū, and whānau projects, farms, and local councils. This is a collective and inclusive mission, driven by a shared commitment to positively shaping our environment.

Trees That Count is managed by the Project Crimson Trust, a charitable organization that has been at the forefront of community restoration efforts in New Zealand since 1990. With a rich history and deep-rooted passion for environmental stewardship, we are dedicated to fostering a greener, more sustainable future for generations to come.
